ORDER OF DEFICIENCY and TO SHOW CAUSE--IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, Petitioner, Ana Mercedes Gil Gaspar, must submit to this Court either the required filing fee of $5.00 or a current institutional trust fund account statement showing deposits and balances to his/her institutional account for the previous six months. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, Augusto J. Martinez must show cause why he should be allowed to proceed as next friend of Petitioners, Ana Mercedes Gil Gaspar and A.G., by submitting under oath evidence demonstrating how long he has known each petitioner and the exact nature of his relationship with petitioners, along with a statement that Petitioner, Ana Mercedes Gil Gaspar, is aware he is seeking to proceed on her and her daughters behalf as next friend and is not seeking or accepting payment for doing so..
