MEMORANDUM & ORDER: Mr. Toalombo-Perez's petition for writ of habeas corpus is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. The Court vacates its prior order, ECF Order dated August 10, 2026, prohibiting respondents from removing petitioner from t he United States, and directs respondents to file a letter on the docket by September 25, 2026, confirming petitioner's removal to Ecuador.
