ORDER: On 8/14/2026, the Court conditionally approved Attorney Juan Carlos Mercados application for PHV admission. Attorney Mercado was ordered to file his certificate of good standing from the Florida Supreme Court by 8/28/2026. Attorney Mercado was likewise informed by the Clerk that he needed to add his current admission status to the federal court section of his PHV application. While Mr. Mercado has filed his FL certificate, he has not amended the federal court section of his PHV application.
