ORDER GRANTING IN PART 6 PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS. Respondents SHALL immediately release Petitioner Said Momand under reasonable conditions of supervision, if any; Respondents SHALL file a declaration with the Court within twenty-four hours of this Order, confirming that Petitioner has been released from immigration detention and providing the date and time of his release; Respondents SHALL NOT remove Petitioner to a country other than the country designated in his Order of Removal without first providing him with written notice and a meaningful opportunity to respond in a reopened removal proceeding before an immigration judge; and Respondents SHALL NOT remove Petitioner to any third country where he is likely to face imprisonment or other punishment upon arrival.
