However, the Petition states that Petitioner has applied for asylum and cancellation of removal and that, as of the date of filing, the Immigration Court had not resolved Petitioner's claims. Dkt. A search of EOIR's Case Information page indicates that the Immigration Court issued a decision in Petitioner's case on August 5, 2026, and that an appeal to the BIA is due by September 8, 2026.
