ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE, NOTICE, AND INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTIES. Respondent is directed to file an answer to Petitioner's petition within 20 days from the date of this order. In addition, Respondent must file within three days from the date of this order, a notice addressing whether the government will commit not to remove Petitioner pending the Court's resolution of this habeas petition.
