MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Before the Court is Gamil Gamal Youssef Gamil's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C § 2241 and Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief ("Petition"), which is fully briefed. (Doc. Nos. 1, 10 ). Gamil's petition for writ of habeas corpus (Doc. No. 1 ) is GRANTED. Respondents are ordered to immediately release Gamil from custody.
