TEXT ORDER DIRECTING PETITIONER TO EXPLAIN WHY THIS CASE IS NOT DUPLICATIVE OF 26-CV-6778. On August 3, 2026, the Court received a petition and emergency motion for expedited consideration and opened a new case in 26-CV-6795. ECF Nos. 1, 2. However, the documents filed in case 26-CV-6795 (the instant case) seem substantially similar to those filed on July 30, 2026 in case 26-CV-6778, Loja Loja v. Attorney General of the United States, et al.The Court already issued, on July 31, an Order to Show Cause in case 26-CV-6778 that requires the Government's response within 10 days of receipt of service of the order.
