ORDER: Within 30 days of the date this Order is filed, Petitioner must file a completed and signed Certificate, using the Certificate form provided with this Order, certifying that Petitioner's signature on the Certificate will serve as an original signature, under penalty of perjury, on his § 2241 Petition for purposes of 28 U.S.C. § 2242, Rule 3.5(a) of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure, and Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. If Petitioner fails to file a completed and signed Certificate on the form provided with this Order within 30 days, the Clerk of Court must, without further notice, strike Petitioner's § 2241 Petition and enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice. The Clerk of Court must update Petitioner's address to reflect he is confined in the Eloy Detention Center and his identification number is A 220 118 668. The Clerk of Court must send a copy of this Order to Petitioner at the Eloy Detention Center. The Clerk of Court must mail Petitioner a Certificate form. The Clerk of Court must send a courtesy copy of this Order to Petitioner's sister, Mariela Salguero, at 409 South Alvarado Street, Apartment 100, Los Angeles, California 90057-3312.
