CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER. Petitioner's counsel shall serve the petition and a copy of this Order, via a single e-mail, at: usapaw.civ.imm.2241.moshannon@usdoj.gov (no other documents, pleadings or motions shall be emailed to this address). The subject line must contain only the names of Petitioner and the first-named Respondent, and the civil action number. Voluminous exhibits shall not be emailed. It is ORDERED that email service constitutes formal service. Petitioner's counsel shall file a certificate of compliance, certifying the date and time of service. Within 3 calendar days of the filing of the certificate of compliance, counsel for Respondents shall file a notice of appearance. Respondents shall file a response to the Petition within 30 calendar days. Responses are limited to 25 pages.
