ORDER. The Court grants Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus 1 . The Court orders Respondents to immediately release Petitioner. The Court further orders that Respondents apply 8 U.S.C. § 1226 and show by clear and convincing evidence that Petitioner poses a danger to the community or poses a risk of flight such that detention is necessary if they choose to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing.
