PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On July 30, 2026, Petitioner filed an amended Verified Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus ("Petition") (DE 4 ) challenging her detention at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Miramar Facility. Upon review of the amended Petition, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1) Within five days, Respondents shall file a memorandum of fact and law to show cause why this Petition should not be granted and shall file all necessary documents for the resolution of the Petition.(2) Petitioner shall file a Reply within seven (7) days of Respondents' Response. The Reply shall not exceed ten (10) pages and shall otherwise comply with the Court's Local Rules governing the form of filings. See S.D. Fla. L.R. 7.1(c); S.D. Fla.
