PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On July 30, 2026, Petitioner filed an amended Verified Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus ("Petition") (DE 4 ) challenging her detention at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Miramar Facility. Upon review of the amended Petition, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1) Within five days, Respondents shall file a memorandum of fact and law to show cause why this Petition should not be granted and shall file all necessary documents for the resolution of the Petition.(2) Petitioner shall file a Reply within seven (7) days of Respondents' Response.
