ORDER: Before the Court is the Government's Response (ECF No. 10 ) to Plaintiff's Notice for Material Change in Circumstances and Emergency Motion for Immediate Release (ECF No. 7 ). The Government represented that Plaintiff has already been released from custody. As such, the Court having reviewed the Motion and underlying law DENIES Plaintiff's Motion as MOOT (ECF No. 7 ). Additionally, Plaintiff's only requested relief in the Petition was release from the now ended confinement or a written explanation describing the Government's basis of the confinement and removal. Because Plaintiff has received the relief requested in the Petition the Court DISMISSES Petitioner's Writ for Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 1 ) as moot.
