PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On July 29, 2026, Petitioner filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus challenging his detention ("Petition") (DE 1 ). On that same day, Petitioner filed an Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus ("Amended Petition") (DE 3 ). Upon review of the Amended Petition, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1)Respondents SHALL NOT transfer or otherwise move Petitioner from his present place of detention until further order of the Court. (2)Within three days, Respondents shall file a memorandum of fact and law to show cause why this Petition should not be granted and shall file all necessary documents for the resolution of the Petition.(3)Petitioner shall file a Reply within seven (7) days of Respondents' Response.
