Petitioner (A File #: 240-452-962) This is the third petition that he has filed. See 1:26-cv-0123 KES EGC, filed 1/8/2026 and 1:26-cv-1647 DAD SCR, filed 2/27/2026. Because this petition duplicates the prior two, the Clerk of Court is directed to file a copy of petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus (Doc. 1) in this new case as a second amended petition for writ of habeas corpus, his renewed motion for temporary restraining order (Doc. 2) and his renewed motion for appointment of counsel (Doc. 3) in Case No. 1:26-cv-0123 KES EGC, the earliest-filed immigration habeas action. The authorization to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. 5) is REVOKED as unneeded, because he is already proceeding IFP in the earliest filed case.
