MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Gloria M. Navarro on 8/11/2026. Before the Court is the 8 Notice filed by Petitioner Guilhermo Mendes de Oliveira. In the 8 Notice, Petitioner's counsel explains that Petitioner was released on bond from Nevada Southern Detention Center ("NSDC"). (Not. 2:8-17, ECF No. 8). However, Petitioner's counsel was not able to speak to Petitioner to independently verify whether he was released, whether the decision is on appeal, or whether Petitioner is subject to unlawful release conditions. (Id. at 2:12-14). Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondents must file on the docket appropriate documentation (facility business records, affidavit, declaration, etc.) confirming that Petitioner was released from NSDC and specifying the release conditions Petitioner is subject to no later than August 14, 2026.
