Petitioner Segundo Morocho Santos Rodrigo filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus on July 28, 2026, which challenged the legality of his bond hearing before an immigration judge and continued detention. [Dkt. 1]. In response, Respondents informed the Court that Petitioner has another ongoing case, Morocho Santos v. Wesling et al, 26-cv-11263-FDS (D. Mass.), that also challenges Petitioner's detention and bond hearing. [Dkt. 10]. Consequently, the Court ordered Petitioner "to show cause why the Petition should not be denied as duplicative on or before August 17, 2026." [Dkt. 11]. Petitioner has not responded.
