ORDER re 1 PETITION for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Jonathan Farbey Leal-Jaimes. TEXT ORDER: On or before August 7, 2026, Mr. Leal-Jaimes shall file a Reply to the Government's Response In Opposition to his Habeas Petition, specifically addressing whether he is/was subject to parole and, if so, what type of parole he was subject to. He should also address whether he is subject to conditional or humanitarian parole. Mr. Leal-Jaimes may also submit evidence as to any notice he received from ICE regarding the granting and/or revocation of his parole. Also, the Government by the same date shall submit: (1) a copy of the original notice in which Mr. Leal-Jaimes was granted parole in 2022; and (2) a copy of Exhibit C that is referenced in its Response but not attached.
