ORDER GRANTING 5 Motion for Extension. On 8/4/2026, the Court ordered Respondents to respond to the Petition by 8/28/2026. See ECF No. 4. Now, in the 5 Motion, Respondents ask for an extension of that deadline until 9/2/2026, averring that additional time is needed to prepare a fulsome and informed response in light of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit's decision in Morocho v.
