Examination of 1:25-cv-01777-WBS-SCR, 1:26-cv-5265 EJD and this matter reveals that the petitions in all three cases are near duplicates, filed by the same petitioner and raising similar claims. The petition in 1:25-cv-01777-WBS-SCR was denied on June 23, 2026. The petition filed in the second matter on July 8, 2026, did not present any changed circumstances from the first petition justifying relief and was dismissed. This current matter is a duplicate of the first and second matters. Therefore, the Court DISMISSES this action.
