ORDER. It is so Ordered, Petitioner Marvin Saenz Diazs petition 1 is GRANTED, and his motion for the appointment of counsel 3 is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The respondents are ORDERED to provide the petitioner with a bond hearing in front of an immigration judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a).
