ORDER: Upon consideration of petitioner?s amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241, Dkt. 1, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. Respondents are ORDERED to file a return on the order to show cause as to why the petition for a writ of habeas corpus should not be granted by Friday, July 31, 2026, at 5 p.m. 2. Petitioner shall file any reply by Monday, August 3, 2026, at 5 p.m. 3.
