TEXT ORDER. The Court has reviewed the pleadings and exhibits in this matter and concludes that the Respondents violated the requirements of the Chhoeun Settlement Agreement by detaining the petitioner less than fourteen days after he had been provided with proper notice. The Court accordingly GRANTS the Petitioner's habeas petition. (ECF No. 1.) The Court ORDERS the Petitioner to be immediately released from detention, subject to conditions of release. Respondents are permitted to transfer Petitioner to the Boston ICE Field Office solely for the purpose of processing his release and returning his property. So Ordered by District Judge Mary S.
