MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Gloria M. Navarro on 8/14/2026. Before the Court is the (10) Motion to Dismiss Without Prejudice filed by Petitioner Bryant Saavedra Mendoza. Petitioner's counsel explains that Petitioner was released from detention on bond on August 5, 2026. (Mot. Dismiss 1:24-2:2, ECF No. 10). Petitioner's counsel also states that documents provided by Respondents confirmed Petitioner's release, and counsel has no reason to believe otherwise. Because the parties agree that Petitioner was released from detention, this Petition is now moot. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the 10 Motion to Dismiss Without Prejudice is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the 1 Petition is DENIED without prejudice as moot. The Clerk of Court is kindly directed to close this case.
