ORDER: The government's motion to consolidate is granted. Petitioner is directed to indicate, on or before July 27, which of the two duplicative habeas petitions he intends to proceed with. Cf. Petitioner is also reminded that "[t]here is no right to 'hybrid representation' in which the [petitioner] represents himself for some issues and has counsel for other issues." Lindner v. Am. Exp. Corp., No. 06-CV-3834, 2010 WL 157500, at *1 (S.D.N.Y. Jan. 11, 2010). The government's initial deadline to respond to the Court's order to show cause is extended until July 29.
