(Text-Only) The Court has reviewed Petitioner's August 17, 2026 Reply to Respondent's Second Responsive Filing 12 . Respondents are ordered to include the following information in the August 28, 2026 update required by the Court's previous order (Dkt. 11 ): 1. A sworn affidavit or declaration pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746 which:a. Explains what appears to be a discrepancy between Deportation Officer Seth T. Patrin's statement that "On July 14, 2026, ICE/ERO received an [Employment Authorization Document] for Petitioner" (Dkt. 10 P 7) and the tracking information at Docket Entry 12-2; and b. If Respondents have not received Petitioner's travel document by August 28, 2026, i. Sets forth the information underlying Respondents' representation that, based on a larger set of cases, "in a typical case, requests for travel documents submitted to the Bosnian Embassy generally take 30 to 90 days to complete." (Dkt. 10 P 10.) This information must include the total number of requests that were made, the number that were granted, and the amount of time it took for Bosnia and Herzegovina to grant or deny each request. The affidavit must identify any requests that were denied based on an individual's criminal history. ii. States whether the request for travel document sent to the Bosnian embassy on July 14, 2026 included: the physical Employment Authorization Document, as well as whether what was sent complied with Bosnia's requirements for a valid U.S. issued identification document, and whether any other supporting documentation was required and provided along with the request for travel document.
