As a result, absent objection within the next seven (7) calendar days, the Court will terminate the suit.If Petitioner wishes to collect EAJA fees, Petitioner shall inform the Court of their intent within the next seven (7) calendar days and submit an EAJA application within ninety (90) days of the grant of Petitioner’s Habeas Petition.
