ORDER: The Court has reviewed Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order 4, which seeks an order forbidding Respondents from removing Petitioner from the District of Oregon without notice. The Court has already ordered that Petitioner not be removed from the District of Oregon without notice in Paragraph 4 of its Immigration Habeas Petition Scheduling Order 6 . This will effectively MOOT Petitioner's TRO motion with leave to refile should circumstances change. Pursuant to that Scheduling Order, the Clerk of Court has also notified the United States Attorney of the Petition and the TRO and the Court will address scheduling once Respondents have appeared in the case.
