TEXT ORDER - Before the Court's Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241. (ECF No. 1 .) On July 7, 2026, Respondents submitted a letter informing the Court that they had "reason to believe that Petitioner was no longer within the Court's jurisdiction as of the time that the instant habeas petition was filed" and they were " working diligently to obtain documentation to substantiate this information." (See ECF No. 4 .) To date, Respondents have not produced any documentation substantiating their position. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that by July 15, 2026, Respondents shall produce evidence of Petitioner's location at the time of the filing of his habeas petition, including a sworn declaration and any supporting documents.
