TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed the Petition (ECF No. 1) and Respondents' Expedited Answer (ECF No. 5). Petitioner previously challenged the legality of his detention in Case No. 2:26-cv-00521 (JKS). In that matter, the Court determined that Petitioner was detained pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) and ordered Respondents to provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing. Respondents complied with that Order, and Petitioner received a bond hearing before an Immigration Judge on April 24, 2026. The present Petition does not allege that the bond hearing was constitutionally or procedurally deficient, nor does it identify any material change in circumstances or other basis warranting additional habeas relief. Because Petitioner has already received the relief to which he was entitled under § 1226(a), the Petition is DENIED. The Clerk shall CLOSE this matter. So Ordered by Judge Jamel K. Semper on 7/27/2026. (sms) (Entered: 07/27/2026)
