District Judge Julia E. Kobick: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. Petitioner Claudia Veronica Lopez Sanchez filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 on July 3, 2026 seeking her release from detention in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. ECF 1 . On July 8, 2026, the respondents notified the Court that Lopez Sanchez had been released from custody on the same day that she was detained. ECF 7 . The petitioner has not disputed that representation, nor has she identified any collateral consequence from her detention. This case has therefore become moot because the petitioner has received all the relief she requested in her petition. See Leitao v. Reno, 311 F.3d 453, 455 (1st Cir. 2002).The respondents’ request to dismiss this action, ECF 10, is therefore GRANTED, and the petition is DISMISSED. (Currie, Haley) (Entered: 07/16/2026)
