ORDER denying 1 Habeas Petition. As to the first ground of the petition, Petitioner claims that the length of his detention represents of violation of his due process rights. This ground is specifically denied because Petitioner was afforded adequate due process by being provided with a bond hearing. See Borbot v. Warden Hudson Cnty. Corr. Facility, 906 F.3d 274, 27879, 279 n.4 (3d Cir. 2018) (finding that petitioner's due process challenge for prolonged detention failed where petitioner was previously provided with a bond hearing). As to the remaining grounds, the Court has addressed these in ruling on Petitioner's prior habeas petition, and so denies them consistent with its Order (ECF 15) at Case No. 26-220. Signed by Judge J. Nicholas Ranjan on 8/5/2026. Text-only entry; no PDF document will issue. This text-only entry constitutes the Order of the Court or Notice on the matter.
