TEXT ORDER: Before the Court is Respondents' letter answer (ECF No. 6) to Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 (ECF No. 1). Respondents assert in their answer that "[o]n March 22, 2022, an Immigration Judge affirmed the Expedited Order of Removal." (ECF No. 6 at 1.) However, in his Petition, Petitioner claims that "it appears that [the negative fear decision] was reversed by the Immigration Judge on March 22, 2022." (ECF No. 1 at 2.) Respondents have failed to provide the Court with the Immigration Judge's March 22, 2022 decision. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that within two days of the entry of this Text Order Respondents shall provide the Court with: 1) the Immigration Judge's March 22, 2022 decision, and 2) documentation showing how Petitioner was released from custody into the country in 2022.
