MINUTE (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER (1) VACATING RESPONDENTS' RESPONSE DEADLINE; AND (2) DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE MOTION TO ENFORCE PRIOR HABEAS ORDER by Magistrate Judge Steve Kim: denying 18 MOTION Enforce Prior Habeas Order and Request for Immediate Release. Given the filing by the same petitioner of a new habeas petition in Case No. 5:26-cv-4526-FLA (SK), the court's text-only entry under this closed case (ECF 19) requiring the government's response to petitioner's motion to enforce prior habeas order by August 14, 2026 is vacated. At the same time, the motion to enforce prior habeas order (ECF 18) is denied without prejudice to consideration of the duplicative merits in the new habeas petition in Case No. 5:26-cv-4526-FLA (SK).
