ORDER GRANTING PETITION IN PART by Magistrate Judge Autumn D. Spaeth: IT IS ORDERED that: 1) The Petition is granted in part; 2) Petitioner Yender Michael Vargas-Murillo (A#240-859-129) must be provided with an individualized bond hearing before an immigration judge within 7 days of the date of this Order.
