MINUTE ORDER Granting in Part 1 Petition. Having reviewed Respondents 4 Return in which "the government concedes that this Court should order that Petitioner receive a bond hearing, where the government would bear the burden of proof of establishing, by clear and convincing evidence, that Petitioner poses a danger to the community or a risk of flight," (ECF No. 4 at 2), and in accordance with this Courts prior Orders, see, e.g., Minute Entry, Ahmadi v. LaRose et al., No. 26-CV-384 TWR (MMP), ECF No. 14, the Court GRANTS the 1 Petition in part and ORDERS Respondents to provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing within fourteen days.
