ORDER: On 7/2/2026, the Court granted the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and ordered that Petitioner be immediately released. (Doc. 11 .) On 7/17/2026, Petitioner filed an Emergency Motion to Enforce Judgment and Order Immediate Release, dated 7/10/2026, (Doc. 13 ). The Court ordered that Respondents file a response to the Motion. (Doc. 14 .) Respondents' response states that Petitioner was released on 7/15/2026. (Doc. 15 .) The Court notes that Petitioner's release was 13 days after the Court ordered immediate release.
