Counsel indicates he is not available through July 16, 2006, and thus seeks an extension through July 23, 2026 - one week from when he returns from vacation. Petitioner's counsel represents that the government "would only agree to a deadline of July 20, 2026." Petitioner's motion is GRANTED.
