TEXT ORDER: The Petitioner asked this Court to issue a writ of habeas corpus requiring release or a bond hearing under 8 C.F.R. §§ 236.1(d)(1), 1236.1(d)(1). Given the Sixth Circuit's decision in Lopez-Campos v. Raycraft, 175 F.4th 713 (6th Cir. 2026), this Court ordered the Government to either conduct a bond hearing or release the Petitioner. The Government reports, without opposition, that it has held a bond hearing. Based on the Government's response to that order, the Court instructs the Clerk to close this case. This is a final order.
