MINUTE ORDER. This matter is before the Court sua sponte. On July 7, 2026, the Court granted Petitioners habeas corpus petition in part and ordered Respondents to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing within seven days. Order [# 8 ]. Respondents filed a status report informing the Court that Petitioner was provided a bond hearing at which the immigration judge determined that Petitioner was a flight risk and denied Petitioner bond. Status Report [# 9 ]. Finding that Petitioner has been afforded the relief to which he is entitled in the form of a bond hearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall enter final judgment in Petitioners favor and terminate this case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is awarded his costs pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 54.1. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d)(1), Petitioner may, within 30 days of final judgment in the action, submit to the Court an application for fees and other expenses that shows that Petitioner is the prevailing party and is eligible to receive an award under that statutory provision.
