ORDER (Clerk) granting Motion by Appellants to Hold Appeal in Abeyance. The appeal is stayed pending this Court’s decision in Buele Morocho v. Warden Philadelphia FDC, C.A. No. 26-1150 and Lopes DeAndrade v. Philadelphia Filed Office Immigration, C.A. No. 26-1454. Within fourteen (14) days of the issuance of the mandates in Buele Morocho and Lopes De Andrade, Appellants must advise the Court, in writing, what effect, if any, the decisions have on the pending appeal. If the parties determine that the appeal should be further stayed at that time, a motion requesting such must be filed within the same fourteen (14) day period. This stay does not apply to the counsel’s obligations for entering an appearance of counsel. Insofar as the motion to stay filed at ECF No. 6 on June 24, 2026 appears to be duplicative of the motion filed at ECF No. 5, no action will be taken on that motion.
