MEMORANDUM ORDER (Denying Motion for Temporary Restraining Order)- The Court does not find that Plaintiff has sufficiently alleged a likelihood of the success on the merits of her claims warranting the granting of extraordinary relief under emergency TRO standards. The Court therefore DENIES Petitioner's Motion for a TRO (ECF No. 4 -1). Because Petitioner's Motion for a Stay (ECF No. 5 ) requests a stay of removal dependent on the Court's ruling on the TRO, the Court hereby DENIES AS MOOT Petitioner's Motion for a Stay (ECF No. 5 ). The Court hereby DIRECTS Petitioner to submit her position as to whether she seeks additional relief not resolved by the Court's Order no later than Monday, July 6, 2026. Uponsuch filing, Respondents must respond to the merits of Petitioner's arguments no later than Monday, July 13, 2026. At that time, the Court will take Petitioner's arguments under advisement. ORDER (Directing Clerk's Office to Close Case) - This matter comes before the Court on its own initiative. On June 29, 2026, this Court denied Petitioner Mildred Ewudzi's Emergency Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (ECF Nos. 4 -1, 6); the next day, it denied Petitioner's "Emergency Motion to Order Petitioner's Return and to Preserve the Court's Jurisdiction" (ECF No. 7 ) and ordered Petitioner to submit her position as to whether this case should be closed pursuant to her removal from the country no later than July 1, 2026. (ECF No. 8 ). Petitioner has not filed anything with the Court, and the July 1, 2026 deadline has passed. Accordingly, and given the absence of any pending requests for relief, the Court hereby DIRECTS the Clerk to close this matter. This case is now CLOSED. It is SO ORDERED.
