ORDER - For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, the Court GRANTS Petitioner Melquiades Filiberto Marin's Petition. (ECF No. 1 .) Respondents are ORDERED to provide Mr. Marin with a bond hearing in front of an Immigration Judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a). The Court ORDERS that the Immigration Court provide Mr. Marin with a bond hearing prior to any hearing on the merits of his removal, and no later than twenty-four (24) hours from the date of entry of this Order, or if that period falls on a weekend, on the next business day. The Court further ORDERS that at that hearing, Respondents SHALL bear the burden of showing that Mr. Marin is a danger or a flight risk by clear and convincing evidence.
