(Text-Only) ORDER FOR PARTY TO FILE DOCUMENT/RESPOND TO COURT. In the Court's June 22, 2026 Order to Show Cause 5, the Court prohibited Respondents from "transferring Petitioner to another district without at least 24 hours notice to the Court and opposing counsel so that Petitioner remains able to communicate with his attorney." The Court has reviewed the docket in this matter and has been unable to locate any indication from Respondents prior to Petitioner's transfer out of Minnesota, though it must have occurred since he was deported two weeks ago. This raises a concern about compliance with the Court's Order to Show Cause. Accordingly, on or before September 9, 2026, counsel for Respondents shall advise the Court of the following: (1) whether there is something in the record that the Court may have overlooked that constitutes the required notice to the Court and opposing counsel concerning Petitioner's transfer outside of the District of Minnesota; (2) if there is no such indication in the record, an explanation of the circumstances that led to Petitioner's transfer outside of the District without the pre-transfer notice required by the Court's Order to Show Cause.
