ORDER: The Court liberally CONSTRUES the filing as a notice of voluntary dismissal under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i). The Court will DISMISS this action without prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) 28 days from the date of this order unless, prior to that date, the Clerk of Court receives a notice from Marruffo Lovera stating his intention to maintain both this pro se § 2241 action and his separate counseled § 2241 action in Case No. 3:26-CV-1857-L-BN. Any such notice from Marruffo Lovera must explain how he intends to maintain both actions that seek the same ultimate habeas relief and be accompanied by payment of the filing fee in this case.
