Although it is doubtful that habeas corpus is the appropriate remedy for the claim Petitioner asserts in his motion for TRO, the Court finds the record adequate to direct counsel for Respondent to promptly investigate Petitioner's claim that he is being denied proper medical care that places his life and health in imminent danger.
