ORDER GRANTING PETITION AND ISSUING A WRIT FOR HABEAS CORPUS by Magistrate Judge Anna Y. Park: granting Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 . IT IS ORDERED that: (1) Judgment be entered granting Petitioner Richar Julio Colchado-Izaguirre's (A# 246-208-719) Petition; (2) a writ of habeas corpus be issued requiring Petitioners' immediate release, subject to conditions of supervision that existed prior to his detention on June 2, 2026, along with his personal belongings, including h is identification, work permits, and other documentation, and preventing his re-detention absent a constitutionally and regulatory adequate pre-deprivation process including notice of the reasons for revocation of his release and a prompt hearing be fore a neutral arbiter in which the government bears the burden of proving, by clear and convincing evidence, that Petitioner is a flight risk or danger to the community; and (3) the parties shall file a joint status report no later than seven (7) days from the date of this Order confirming that Petitioner has been released from Respondents' custody.
