In the traverse, Petitioner argues that, inter alia, his re-detention violated due process. Id. at 3-6. In their Answer, Respondents argued that Petitioner's claims may entitle him to a bond hearing, but do not directly address whether his re-detention complied with due process. Dkt. 11 at 2.
