ORDER DIRECTING RESPONDENTS TO COMPLY WITH CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER AND TO PROVIDE THE COURT WITH PETITIONERS CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS. Petitioner filed this Habeas Petition alleging that he was wrongfully detained at Moshannon Valley Processing Center 1 . This Court entered a Case Management Order directing the Respondents to file a notice of appearance and respond to that Petition 4 . Almost a month has passed and Respondents have not done so. Meanwhile, it has come to the Courts attention that Petitioner has been moved from Moshannon to the Central Louisiana ICE Processing Center, which explains why mailings of the Courts Orders to Petitioner have been returned. Because this Court had jurisdiction over Petitioner when it was first filed, it retains jurisdiction even after the physical transfer of Petitioner. See Anariba v. Dir. Hudson Cty. Corr. Ctr., 17 F.4th 434, 446 (3d Cir. 2021). Respondents are ORDERED to comply with the Courts prior Case Management Order 4 and to provide the Court with an accurate mailing address where Petitioner can be reached within 7 days of the date of this Order.
