ORDER: On 6/5/2026, the Court ordered that Petitioner serve the Petition upon Respondents and that Respondents answer the Petition within 14 days of service. (Doc. 3 ). To date, no summonses were submitted by Petitioner for issue, nor proof of service filed. Nonetheless, the Court transmitted a copy of the Petition and Order via email to the United States Attorney for the District of Arizona on 6/5/2026. On 8/4/2026, Petitioner filed a Notice of Matter Being Fully Briefed and Ready for Decision, (Doc. 4 ), stating that Petitioner contacted Respondents on 6/22/2026, re-served Respondents on 6/24/2026, and followed up by email seeking a response. Respondents have not yet filed a response or appeared in this matter. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that by no later than Thursday, 8/6/2026, Respondents shall respond to the Petition in accordance with the Courts previous Order (Doc. 3 ). Petitioner may file a Reply by Tuesday, 8/11/2026.
